Capabilities

Horizontal Directional Drilling

The diameter is selected to match the utility being installed. Exact pricing depends on soil, crossing length and site location.

SoilsAll categories including rock. Polymer bentonite drilling fluids.
Trajectory controlRadiolocation systems, curved trajectory drilling.
ObstaclesHighways, railways, rivers, lakes, parks, dense urban development.
SeasonYear-round, without traffic closures or open excavation.
Pipe diameterTypical application
Ø 63 mmCommunication cable, fiber in a protective duct
Ø 110 mmCommunications, power cable, building entries
Ø 160 mmWater supply, sewerage, cable bundle
Ø 225 mmWater supply, pressure sewerage
Ø 315 mmTrunk water supply, gas
Ø 400 mmTrunk lines, gravity sewerage
Ø 500 mmLarge water conduits and collectors
Ø 600 mmMajor trunk crossings

Equipment and production base

Own production base and fleet: a horizontal directional drilling complex, cable-laying machines, compressors, a fiber blowing complex, optical laboratories and installation-and-measurement equipment. Own equipment means splicing, measurement and blowing are never subcontracted, and schedules do not depend on someone else's workload.

The company has built and commissioned fiber optic backbone rings that provide redundancy and reliability of data channels for the largest telecom operator in the Republic of Bashkortostan. We also took part in building multiservice broadband networks using METROETHERNET, FTT-X and X-PON technologies.
